KVent, Inc. is a sales organization dedicated to the design, engineering, and sale of commercial kitchen ventilation, air movement, energy management, and pollution control equipment specializing in the food service industry. We actively solicit mechanical engineers, food service consultants, food service dealers, and mechanical contractors in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
Started in 1995 by Richard Hayes, and two partners K-Vent, Inc became solely owned by Richard Hayes in 2014. In 2014 David Hayes joined the company bringing with him 15 years of experience in kitchen ventilation design and installation. Our office and our warehouse are fully staffed to meet the needs of our customers. We possess the ability to specify field surveys and design the equipment required for a well-engineered, fully integrated system. We are the largest volume representatives for pollution control equipment designed for commercial kitchens in the United States
K-Vent proudly represents Spring Air, Parker-Smog-Hog, Detroit Radiant, Sky Blade, and Kitchen Energy Solutions.
Our parts department stocks an extensive line of Detroit Radiant, Smog-Hog, and fan parts. We also stock detergent used for the Smog-Hog air cleaners.

What we do
Through the introduction of Delhi Industries, we have become more involved in total HVAC design with emphasis on supermarkets, corporate offices, theaters and commercial buildings. Our most recent addition Better Air adds a probiotic air and surface cleaner to our lineup.
