Smog-Hog Detergent – available in 5 & 55 gallons

 

Specially designed to work with your Smog Hog and other automatic water-wash exhaust ventilator systems, this detergent breaks down grease and oil, washes away clean. This formula keeps your Smog Hog grease-free and helps maintain systems as required by NFPA-96.

Just add this detergent to your Smog Hog system, and let its unique formula go to work.

Available in 5 gallon and 55 gallon drums.

Matrix Smog Hog Detergent – Concentrated – available in 5 gallon pails Matrix

 

Matrix Systems SP7C detergent concentrate provides ease of handling and reduced shipping costs.
An amine based detergent that has superior ability to remove and encapsulate contaminant from a substrate it is nontoxic and aluminum safe and can be shipped by UPS or common carrier as a non-regulated material.

It makes two different strength detergents

10:1 ratio of water to concentrate (one 5 gallon pail per 55 gallon SMOG HOG detergent tank) for light to moderately heavy grease load applications. Fill SMOG HOG detergent tank half way with water add one pail Matrix SP7C and fill with water.

45 :1 ratio of water to concentrate ( two 5 gallon pails per 55 gallon SMOG HOG detergent tank) for heavy grease load and or solid fuel cooking application. Fill SMOG HOG detergent tank half way with water add two pails Matrix SP7C and fill with water.

The Smog-Hog PSG mist collector eliminates mist and smoke from kitchen emissions and industrial processes. This heavy-duty fume collector can be mounted inside or outside a facility and customized to fit your building’s requirements.

The Smog-Hog PSG system uses electrostatic precipitation (ESP), to trap contaminants on collection cells. For routine maintenance, the PSG’s much lighter and easier to remove than other systems on the market. Also, there’s no need for costly filter replacements; just routine service cleanings are required.

Air volumes range from 825 CFM to 22,000 CFM

How It Works

The PSG mist collector uses electrostatic precipitation technology (ESP) to capture harmful particles. Dirty air enters the unit through an inlet plenum with baffle pre-filters. The pre-filters trap large contaminants as well as evenly distributes the air stream at a controlled velocity. As air moves through the system, ESP electrically charges particles. The charged particles are then removed by collection plates, and cleaned air is exhausted outdoors.
